Chamber Music
The ISA is pleased to offer chamber music to students for the Summer of 2019, continuing into the 2019-2020 Academic Year led by ISA Chamber Director, Dr. Lori Honer.
Requirements
SUMMER SESSION 2019 - $200 – 8 Rehearsals (over summer)
FALL SESSION – $300 - 12 Rehearsals - set with coach during the weeks of:
WINTER SESSION - $300 – 12 Rehearsals - set with coach during the weeks of:
Requirements
- Students of any instrument in approximately end of Book 4+ are eligible to enroll
- Students must continue private lessons and receive recommendation from their teacher to participate
- All ISA students are required to attend their Instrument Repertoire class in addition to their participation in the Chamber Program (See Group Class Schedule)
- Students will be placed in trios or quartets with other students of similar playing level and rehearsal availability
- ISA Faculty will serve as coaches for Chamber Ensemble
- Chamber Ensembles will perform on the Landmarks Recitals scheduled in the ISA Academic Calendar
- It is the goal that a Chamber Group would stay together for many consecutive sessions in order to build a cohesive group and progress through advancing repertoire together as a group.
- Students may apply by completing a Chamber Music Interest Form at least 3 weeks prior to start date.
- Registration and payment form will be emailed to you upon placement in chamber group and due before the first coaching session.
- Tuition Per Student
- $300 for 12 Week Fall or Winter Session
- $200 for 8-session Summer Intensive
