Annual Concert 2023

All Academy students participate in the Annual Concert in March at the beautiful Indiana Landmarks' Grand Hall. It is a moment for us to come together as a community and celebrate the hard work of our children, parents, and faculty. It includes play downs for each instrument and special performances.

Sunday  March 12, 2023
Indiana Landmarks 

1:00 Harp/Cello Concert
2:30 Trumpet/Violin Concert
4:00 Piano Concert
5:00 Piano Concert

Violin, Cello and Trumpet Students arrive at least 20 minutes prior to concert to unpack and tune in Cook Theater. Be seated with your household 10 minutes prior to concert start. 
Piano Students arrive 20 minutes prior to concert. Report to Grand Hall and be seated with your household.
Harp Students arrive at TBD to setup and tune on Grand Hall stage. Be seated with your household 10 minutes prior to concert start.

Dress Rehearsal Schedule - Attendance Required

Saturday March 11, 2023 - Trumpet, Violin, Cello rehearsal
Indiana Landmarks
Unpack and tune in Cook Theater. Be seated with parent in Grand Hall 5 minutes prior to scheduled rehearsal.
8:00               Cello Rehearsal

9:00-9:15       Trumpet Rehearsal
9:15-10:00     Advanced Violin Rehearsal
10:00-10:45   Violin Rehearsal (Including Advanced Violin Ensemble)
10:45-11:00   Twinkle Violin Class Presentation


Sunday March 12, 2023 - Harp rehearsals
Indiana Landmarks
11:00am - 11:30am  Harp set up & tune on Grand Hall Stage
11:30am - 12:30pm  Harp Dress Rehearsal


Concert Dress

Violin, Cello, Trumpet, Harp Attire:
  • White blouse/dress shirt, elbow length or longer
  • Black dress pants/skirt, below the knee or longer
  • Black hose/stockings/socks
  • Black dress shoes
  • Red accent, such as tie, sash, or hair accessory.  These can be purchased wherever you would like but here are some options.
    • Red Sash
    • Red Bow Tie
