Parent Discussions

Parent education sessions aim to deepen understanding of the Suzuki Method, provide practical tools for practicing with children, and foster a sense of community among families.

​They are led by a faculty member and normally take place during group classes. Parents are expected to attend at least one session per year and are welcome to participate in additional sessions.

Parent Discussions 2025-2026

New Suzuki Parent Sessions 

This series of three sessions is designed for new Suzuki parents to equip you as practice partners and is an opportunity to connect with other parents at ISA. These will be held in person during our Twinkle group classes.
  • Session 1: Character Development through Suzuki Education, the Parent Role, and Listening
  • ​Session 2: How to Practice – Tools for Working with Your Child
  • ​Session 3: The Value of Group Class, Q & A, and Practice Partner Resources
